If you are old enough you will recall that USA has been in gulf region since 1991 in the name of fighting terrorists and restoring democracy in the Middle East also making it a safe place.
30 years later, 2020 America presence in the region has not achieved any meaningful success.
Armed conflicts, terrorism, rebels, ISIS, War is the result.
America should just give up the fruitless struggle and retire from the region and manage their own Oil or seek alternatives to Oil slavery in the gulf region.
