I have a friend whose tecno phantom 6 plus got smashed by her daughter and the screen got bad in 2017 few months after it was launched. It took 3 months to get it fixed by carl care.
I remember back in those days when my tecno m3 got bricked, it took carl care a month and two days just to get something as simple as a rom flash done.

My xiaomi redmi 5 plus got a cracked screen due to collision, it took 3 days to get the screen to Nigeria. And it was fixed 2 days later by an engineer here in my city.

Carl care is as useless as nepa/phcn or whatever they now bear in Nigeria.

To reaffirm the already stated facts, any Nigerian who spends a peny on tecno, infinix or itel products is an illiterate to development in mobile technology, a jobless youth...

They learnt the three things people in Nigeria value so much, beauty, battery, and camera. That's the only thing they bring to the table. Phones are slow, can't process like their mates, etc...

Nigerians love them anyway afterall the average phone user uses it to chat on whatsapp, surf d web, play game and do ig or fb... There's a lot more to smartphones than that.

U are jst so annoying as u are saying tecno offer greater value for money dis fools keep using dat old chipset 6580 bc dey knw nigerians only care abt ba3 camera they wil jst be writein fake mp dere whereas it is nt mp dat really determines d camera quality go get a good midrange xiaomi take a pix observe the quality infact zoom in nd check if d quality changes but get a tecno within price range eg spark 2 dat a pix zoom in nd d rest dey say is history

The smoothest UI experience,with hardly any lags at all..

Have used it for 3 months and I don't remember it ever hanging..

Xiaomi's software optimization is topnotch..

The camera is good,especially the back camera,

Can't say much about the Selfie Camera,am not into Selfies..

I don't play heavy games but the few games I play,it handled like a Champ..

Overall,it's money well spent..
