Very cogent grounds of appeal you have there! I don’t expect CA to uphold the judgment. Majority judgment bound to be held as perverse given that the writer was absent when evidence was given! e.t.c.

How can you compare Wole with Onyechi? Wole was called to the bar in 1976 and attained the rank of SAN in 1991 while Onyechi was called to the bar in 1984 and attained the rank of SAN in 2002. Pls check their past records and see the no.of cases each have won.Although both are brilliant lawyers and leading SAN in Nigeria. So Onyechi can never be Wole's uncle.

Adeleke is winning this one till supreme court. That election was a daylight robbery....Wole has lost several election cases (faleke v hahaha) and few others. But truth be told, he is one of the best Lawyers in Naija
