That's right, after that you need to visit Immigration to get another stamp if you want to extend your stay.
Did you end up doing this ? If yes what was the process you passed through?

Lol.... How is Abidjan Bro? i will be in town on 7th April for workshop....... if you will be in town lets relate (ezekiellabi35@gmail.com)
Concerning entry stamp extension for Gh... if it were few months back, it was easy walking into any Regional or District immigration office for extension to stay without any wahala and the fee is Ghc20 but since our brothers & sisters started misbehaving and the authorities now have interest in what every Nigerian is doing in the country, the vetting of the applicant isn't child play and processing RP comes with lots of documentation.
The easiest way to go about it now is few days to the expiration of the 60days, the person should board an Aflao bound bus, go to the immigration desk at the border to stamp-out of Ghana then stamp-in at the Togo side, go do some sightseeing at the Beach side in Lome and window shopping at the Lome market for an hour or two then return to the border to stamp-out of Togo and then Stamp-in to Ghana for another 60days, go to the bus park and return to Accra.
This will ease the stress of going to answer plenty questions at the immigration office especially if the person is a youth.
the financial implication won't be more than Ghc100(Tfare Ghc60 to & fro, Ghc10 each at the immigration desks).

Getting PR starts with application for work permit. The applicant will need to go pick up the application forms at the GIS headquarters,Accra. i will have to confirm the current fees and required documents from my folks in that section. it used to be $60 when i was at HQ and the documents required where either employment letter or business registration certificate, rent agreement and a reference letter from a citizen but things have changed since early this year.
