He said and I quote 'they will just luck office and go about two weeks while tone of shipments remain unattended to'. Said most of the ogas are northerners. Said it have bin affecting business.

I wonder what it would cost our politicians to simply give us a functional system in this country.
The government should open up other ports so as to free up the congestion of this particular Lagos port please.

We have ports in Warri, Port-Harcourt, Calabar and even koko port in Delta state but they all are being underutilized because of bias, nepotism, tribalism discrimination, partiality..etc. Thunder fire all of you dragging this nation down in one way or the other.

Nigerians are not united, must we have only one seaport? Why can someone from the north or south east traveled to Lagos alone to clear goods? We can do it at Anambra, Rivers, and cross river and everything will be easier. Why only Lagos? Everyone know that if north have asses to seaport they could have gotten it, everything is tribal in Nigeria.

Nigeria and poor planning.

Dangote refinery could be operational within 2 years yet the road infrastructure needed to move products have not been started. Construction of the much-talked about Coastal road in Lekki should have been started by now. Extensive expansion of the road network linking into Ogun State and connecting to Lagos- Ore express way should also have started.

I fear for the traffic chaos that is coming to Lekki/Ajah axis.
lol, you know how much it cost to build a road at Lekki?

Looking at the the bright side, this should be a sign of growth, what we need now is more infrastructure for it.

Lagos port's is just the most use port due to Economy activities of South West, even the Exporters they talked about in this post are from South West
Re: Apapa Gridlock Traps 50,000 Tonnes Of Cashew Nuts Worth ₦108b In Lagos Ports by OmoManU: 2:27pm On Mar 30, 2019
Honestly there must be a multi dimensional solution to the issues of Apapa ports. First government needs to make fixing that road a priority but fixing alone would not solve the perennial problems of gridlocks on that road but opening up other ports and government giving users incentives to use those Ports. Calabar is there same as onne, to warri and many other ports. The options of using barges too to transport goods from the ever congested Lagos ports could also be explored. Am just tired for this country kai see many of the youths too engaging on Tinubu is Atiku is not that. Chai this nation is just cursed

Still doesn't make sense. Would you allow yourself to loose millions when you actually have alternative to save yourself from such lost?
Since you said other ports exist then why can't they use them and save themselves from this gridlock?

Its so unfortunate then. I guess we are far from development then. If this is indeed the economy activity of the south west and there is no other way to ease this then we are doomed already.

So, one of the largest industrial complexes in the world can be built in Lekki, but ordinary roads can't? What planet are you from?

Someone mentioned above that new roads are not needed because the fuel will be 'shipped to Apapa' for distribution. But this same Apapa is in chaos and has been for at least 10 years now, yet we have no plan to shift distribution elsewhere?

What a country.
