pls is DE form truely closed

I applied for Direct Entry into Uniben but they didn't upload my result please is there any consequence for it

I said it here dat pple should make haste and get d form on time b4 d closing date [February 21st] But a guy here dat knew nothing about admission/jamb operation said that I was intimidating & misleading d pple. Here we are today.
