if d bank had found a way to retain that confidence, or even bring in new monies, they'd still be operating today.
if GTB (or any bank, for that matter) customers start withdrawing en masse, will shareholders leave their money there?
perception is reality, making truth subjective.
that's why herd/mob mentality is always terrifying to d target/victim.
