if you can lay your hands on GMAT, then you should go through some of the questions on data sufficiency, word problems also there were questions on anagram, synonyms ,sentence completion and sentence correction for the English section.
The IQ test also contained diagrammatical questions.
Just pray for luck because I went into the test centre blind having no idea what to expect and I ended up passing the four stages.

There's no fourth stage!
Those who wrote the fourth test definitely went against the instructions.....except some centres had a fourth stage.

The fourth stage is when u get to fill out the PDA form... A personality profile Form with options like: are u intelligent, sociable, team player and the likes
It is not really a test per say, more like a profile form

Yes, we were asked to fill the form here in Abuja...it was the last and final test... But I don't think it is a big deal tho Cus a girl was asked to fill hers again after the first one didn't go thru...it was more like a formality thing to me and there are no right or wrong answers...you shouldn't be bothered about that, just go and prepare for the panel interview

Access Bank usually base it assessment on General mathematics (GMAT), verbal reasonings, logical reasonings and critical reasonings

The first stage comprises of basic English and maths...study sentence correction very very well...

The 2nd stage being IQ featured more technical maths and English...there was even subjective...ie you'd type the answer...no options

The last stage was psychometric and some questions about access bank...I hope this helps

Before the end of the month or the 1st week of next month.. .there are still other stages to go, panel interview is just one of those stages, top management interview comes after the panel interview...i pray we all see it to the end
