A suspected bandit in Zamfara State apprehended by members of the Civilan JTF, has been executed by an angry mob.

The mob, apparently angered by the incessant killings in the state and the inability of the government to curb their actions, decided to take the law into their hands.

According to reports, the incident occurred in Shinkafi local government area of the state, where about 40 persons were killed by armed bandits over the weekend.

A witness at the scene who posted the photos on social media wrote:

"The sad story of ZamfaraZamfara when people have no option but taking law into their handSuspected Bandit was catch in Shinkafi local government area of Zamfara State by civilian JTF know as (y'an sakai) and later execute without proper legal trial by an angry mob.

Any Government that fails to provide basic things like the security of lives and properties ,is not worthy to be called a government.

As far as I am concerned, the current useless Federal government led by Buhari / APC is a failed government, any government that fails to provide security of lives and properties is a useless government and needs to resign but hey Nigeria is already a failed state after the order of Afghanistan, Yemen, Syria, South Sudan and Libya. How can series of killings be going on across the country and the useless leaders don't give a fvck, what a shame, Nigeria is beyond redemption
