Justice Oathman Musa of an Abuja High Court sitting in Bwari Area Council of Abuja on Tuesday Nullified the nomination of Senator Ademola Adeleke as candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), in the September 2018 Governorship Election in Osun State.

The dancing slowpoke will never smell Osun State government office. Oyetola will rule the state for 8 straight years.

Hopefully, the Supreme Court will eventually affirm this judgement. Before anybody can be said to have met the constitutional requirement of being educated to secondary school leaving level, such a person must have sat for the school leaving certificate examination and obtained the certificate. Adeleke sat for only one paper and scored F9 and so didn’t qualify for the school leaving certificate. In effect, he didn’t meet the constitutional requirement. I agree totally with this judgement. We must stop lowering the educational standard when it comes to elective offices.

How did I know this would come back to bite him in the a55?

WAEC however in the sworn affidavit confirmed that, Adeleke with center number 19645 and candidate number 149 indeed sat for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination in May/June 1981 conducted by the council at Ede Muslim School situate at P.O. Box 6 Yidi Road, Ede, State of Osun.

Accompanying the affidavit was a ledger containing the result of all candidates (001-221) who sat for the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination in the said school.

Thr judge is just trying to be smart by half bringing up this already concluded case and evidence tendered by WAEC..

The judgement is dead on arrival.
