For you to be educated up to a certain level, you must seat and pass the said level exam. Thats whay we use the word examination.
A student have to write and pass an exam, to ascertain he have been educated to a certain level. One have been educated up to university level does not include dropouts. Or are you saying, if I got expelled from school @ SS5 I can still contest for election seeing that I have been "educated up to secondary school level"? Lets not turn logic on its head just because certain situation is not going our way.

The implication of today’s judgement is that PDP had no valid candidate in the Osun State election and cannot be deemed to have participated. Consequently, Oyetola being the only valid contestant with the highest numbers of votes remain the elected governor of the state.

Adeleke can now challenge that the principals result is fake and tell WAEC to present the original copy if different from his own presented

We all know that his classmates are still alive and recently WAEC presented him with his certificate.

You may have issues with his certificate but it was what WAEC presented that is genuine.

It's a different scenario with Adeleke who was a truant. He didn't finish his secondary school and didn't enroll for GCE because he met MONEY at home.

He knew this day would come hence he, as a Senator, arranged with a school principal in a village to write NECO. We all know the story.

If PDP had no valid candidate for the election, they therefore didn’t participate in the election and there can be no recourse to the runner up of the PDP primary. We can only start talking about the PDP primary runner up if the party had a candidate and participated validly in the election.
