That "Dr" you always see before Nnamdi Azikiwe's name doesn't mean he is a medical doctor, but an academic degree.

Since you are ignorant, Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe before his death has 2 Masters degree from 2 different universities in Religion and Anthropology.
