The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) conducted the governorship election in 29 states, except in Edo, Osun, Ekiti, Ondo, Bayelsa, Kogi, and Anambra States.

Meanwhile, thethronemedia.com previously reports the 6 states where governorship elections have been declared inconclusive

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), recently announced the PDP Candidate Nyesom Wike as the Governor-elect of River State which is the last of the states declared inconclusive.

I hope you didn't count Osun as an APC state?

PDP will definitely win more states. As it's now, Osun and zamfra are almost in the PDP bag while kogi is on standby.
