Nobody has asked why the useless school accepted the change of surname of the boy.

Didn't the school ask questions before effecting change of name for the boy? I am sure the award is from the school and it was the school that wrote the name. Do they have the obligation to accept the change of surname from Tonto without the fathers authorization?

Just imagine my wife going to my son's school to change his surname and the school just agreed without getting in touch with the me.

We too dey carry matter for head in this country. Does the name really matter? What matters is the boy having a name. Be it his dad's name or mom's name. Name is name! I have seen people who grew up and completely changed their names. As in they grew up not to love their names even surnames and they changed it. They answered names that were not given to them at birth. Even their family and friends had no objection.
So the name the little boy answers now shouldn't be an issue. When he crews, he will decide which one to settle for. He might even end up dumping both Dikeh and Churchill... He will decide himself when he's old.
