I don't blame Tinubu, I blame people like the writer (who are so many with us here in Lagos) for making Tinubu Powerful. Another thing that makes tinubu powerful is that many Yorubas think/know that if Tinubu's dynasty fails, it will open Lagos political space and allow "non-indigenes" to have a greater say in Lagos politics, so Tinubu is a rallying point. Talking about, IGR and development, Lagos has performed averagely. I can count 10 states that has performed better than Lagos since the return to democracy. Lagos is the dirtiest state, has the worst roads etc the only thing that works for lagos and makes its IGR high is (1) Its location, (2) its the defunct capital of the country - FG left massive infrastructure like Ports (Sea & Air), Bridges (3rd Mainland etc), Stadiums, National theatre, Housing Estates, Buildings (braod street) etc. No state can boast of all these. (3) Security - I must give this to the yorubas, they are Peaceful unlike the North and NigerDelta. modified States that have done better than Lagos Kano Gombe Kwara Edo Rivers AkwaIbom Anambra Enugu maybe Ebonyi & Ogun Tinubu's Dynasty will end very soon - latest2027

KwoiZabo:you just brought tribalism to this topics again must everything centre around hate.... Just as the op said that Tinubu is not a saint but he has work hard to get to where he is. Having influence in South west and beyond is no mean feat, it takes doggedness and determination to get it... One day the dynasty will end but for now let's wait and see what sanwo olu will deliver to Lagos..... |

I hope they don't dribble Tinubu as they did 2015. Meanwhile Tinubu & Osingbade think the North will hand over to them. That's if Osingbade won't have my helicopter crashes too. Meanwhile the North is planning a 2023 replacement. How Tinubu or Osingbade dey plan become President go dey interesting. Make Tinubu get ein choice for Senate President & Speaker Of House 1st ![]() www.nairaland.com/attachments/9075974_thesun_jpegc23a3b366f736f00900c537d64a25d1a https://www.sunnewsonline.com/northll-field-better-candidate-for-2023-presidency-shettima/ |

People hold dynasty where the inhabitants are fools and asslickers. If Tinubu wants to hold perpetual dynasty in the southwest, he is free. It tells alot the type of people in the area. Who talks about dynasty in any liberal developed country. You see dynasty in mumu countries |

So all this note just to give credit to Tinubu.. I won't be surprised if someone wrote this about Saraki in the past. Let APC become the opposition, and PDP with federal might witchunt APC let's see if Tinubu dynasty will survive. Someone will just sit at his house and be forming political analyst for the case of someone who has achieved great in politics |

Tinubu is a grass root politician with structures. You need to destroy his structures before you can get Tinubu. Facing him squarely is effort in futility |

A man or a family cannot continue to lord it over the people till eternity. Power is transient. Even the Zhou dynasty that held sway in China for 790 years crashed on a particular day. Libya’s Gaddafi was also sacked not because he was a bad leader, but for the fact that the people wanted a change in government. The fall of political dynasties is therefore a natural law. This all that needs to be said |

The article is topnotch .... Saraki fought Federal might and that is one mistake his papa never make throughout his life ..... Papa Saraki always concede to federal power and he nurture no federal ambition, all he wanted was Kwara state ..... Abuja always allowed him once he delivered!! Baba Saraki was also a grassroot politician n a grandmaster and a one minute decision man, he can change a chairman on the morning of election and nothing will happen...... He will just tell the people, Fellow Kwarans , We are now voting for so so so and not so so so anymore .... so be it !! That was what Bukola met but youthful exuberance and power of money destroyed his 2019 ambitions...... Also, it could be a game towards mega game !!! I don't believe Power of Bukola has waned, he might be lying low for a powerful resurrection, If PDP should zone President to the north which Bukola will actively support in 2023, He will dine again with northern hegemony and bounce back ..... Fully ...... So, The Federal Might might be coming back to Bukola in 2023 ....... !!! That guy sabi ooo but he ain't Tinubu.... Tinubu is better for lagosians than Bukola for Kwarans .... ..... Tinubu wants greater Lagos and he atop the greatness .......... Bukola doesn't want greatness for Kwara because Great Kwara and exposed Kwara will never follow Bukola. You can not fight federal might when you have nothing at home ....if free and Fair election should be casted in Kwara 1million times, Bukola will lose 1million times ..... If Tinubu should war Federal govt, he will calmly recoil back to Lagos (Tinubu has solid Structures in Lagos) as was done during Obj regime and launch a crusade from there across SW ...... But Bukola has no structures in Kwara and He doesn't have ambition of establishing one ..... He just wants to conserve power using his powerful friends (Likemind friends) and his own means !! If only he really wish well for his people , It would have been better !!! |
