Well, from my own point of view, one of the dangers that might arise from masturbation is that before you do the act you sometimes engage in some thoughts which are absolutely sinful. Like for example,u may think of a lady u like but u couldn't reach, a previous pornographic film you have watched or someone else's wife.
From the information gathered from people who were engaged in the stuff but have stopped, there is actually a solution for any true believer that wants to stop the act.
The most important one is to fast.

Sure, I agree with Dr. Mustapha that masturbation is bad. But I disagree with his reasoning. Medically harmful practices like circumcision, first cousin marriages or amputation of healthy limbs are ordained in Islam, at least according to the fuqahaa.

However, in my own personal view masturbation is morally and spiritually degrading bcs its not what someone can boost of in d public or benefiting from in spirituality.

Gradually immorality is becoming generally acceptable in our society. This is tantamount to how gay and lesbianism are legalized in some countries bcs they see nothing wrong in it.



No one is a saint. May God almighty Allah guide us to the straight part and set our society free from the temptation of masturbation

But even sex with spouse is not what anyone boast of in public.
