If she has a black coloured hair today does it mean if she has another coloured hair tomorrow her passport is no longer valid.

Allow anybody that’s wants to appear how they like, at the end it’s not your problem!! Trust me you should see my own passport my hair wasn’t black too and I still got my passport, and I’m a common Nigerian!

No photo should be taken until she re-color her hair. She should be treated like every normal Nigerian.
