My Chrslyer Voyeger LE 1999 Model Transmission Fluid had dried up I didn't know.

Now the Car has refused to enter Drive or even Reserve my Mechanic said the Gear Oil Pump has failed.

Please is that correct?
What can I possibly do?

since it's a 2019 voyager, just take the purchase receipt to the dealer. They will fix it under warranty
