This is from experience.

If you're not affluent or rich to afford original energy bulb of N700 N800 and above, not too worry as I'll give you a tip.

If you normally get energy bulb from chukwudi in your neighborhood shop or else where and the bulb cost N250 and below. This is what you do...

Switch off your light whenever NEPA takes light. What I mean is; put the switch in "off" mode. Make it a routine and you won't regret it. What happen is, when nepa takes light and brings it back, fake energy bulbs cannot withstand the surge and it weakens it conteneously as long as there is taken and bringing of light.

Now you know!

Generator kills bulb fast. But if you apply my method your bulb will last long.
I used to complain with surprises why my bulb last less than two months. Now my bulbs last over a year.
