Hi there! I have observed that while recruiters will always frown at late-coming for job seekers, most of them don't usually keep to the time they set for interviews. Over 80% of interviews I have attended started way behind schedule. Why is it always like that? Job seekers are always kept waiting, but if the reverse is the case, the job seeker is termed 'unserious'. Why do Nigerians demand qualities they don't have? It's hypocritical!
