The father is protecting the right of her child like every sensible father should do. Last time I check, hijab isn't prohibited by jamb.

A female should have searched the girl privately and allow her to enter with whatever she is wearing if she is clean. That's her belief and it should be respected.

very simple, hijab lovers should have centres with female invigilators only, in that case they don't have to wear hijab so far it's only females they have around as invigilators.
