Bigots everywhere.

You can't deny a young lady her right simply because she is putting on an apparel that does not suit your jaundiced mode of dressing or have Jamb forgotten Muslims females don't expose themselves?
Are we not Nigerians to call for this sort if discriminatory stance.

I know many incurable loud mouthed bigots from the other side will want to have a filled day.

We will defend our rights as muslims and there's nothing a billion of your insults and labels can do to us.

Will a Muslim girl be wrong if she removes her hijab in fire outbreak in order to escape or aid escape? JAMB is not your private entity sane way a military checkpoint or border patrol checkpoint isn't your private property. so if you won't resist removing your hijab in a checkpoint why refuse in JAMB exam hall? You guys are quick to the forget the context of and reason for commandments

Freedom of religion doesn't make military checkpoints allow hijabbers pass unchecked so why must it be in JAMB that we want to start that rubbish. Don't they obey NYSC rules?

Didn't know you people now own other people by reason of belief. Islam is too similar to the occult system.
I am sure if any of such girls should denounce Islam you guys would go after your property and possible declare a fatwa on her head. Rubbish.

You can see how delusional you can be.
You are deviating away from the topic .
We were talking about the dress code of our female folks but you decide to spill your half baked hogwash by bringing conversion into the discussion.

I know many Christians who are very intelligent, but once it comes to religion you see how empty-headed they become.

Look at this dullard.

How does writing exam equate escaping a fire outbreak and check points?

I know why you folks resort to this kind of false equivalence:you do this, when you have run out of points to address the same issue you fail to address.

Is Jamb not guided by rules.
or are the rules mutually exclusive of those who's religion makes it compulsory for them to adorn their hijaab?

Your "sureness " about an Hausa female removing her hijaab to sit for an exam is absolutely false.
I can tell you this for a fact.

If exam malpractice is the problem, you can have a female invigilator search her properly before she goes into the exam hall.

I think it's not all about exam malpractice, I think it has more to do with their bad perception you have of hijaab that you are parroting.

Some muslims may use the hijaab for cheating and all that, but that does not mean everyone who adorns it have evil intentions.

I am very very sure of an Hausa girl, extremely sure or u think no Hausa girl was called to bar when that one was making noise for being asked to remove her hijab to wear the lawyers wig? I don't know why you Yoruba's are like this, even here in the north christian Igbo women wear hijabs in places they're not permitted to leave their head open...go to BUK and see christian girls on scarfs and hijabs

who is talking about being called to bar?

And my religion is not based on some contrived acts being done by some elitist muslims who choose when they obey a compulsory act.
And this is a common perceptible mistake you people have of how we practice Islam.

I don't judge Islām based on what I see it us rather based on what I study.

The hijaab is not restricted by time or event .
It is only not worn when a female is within the confines of her father's house or her husband house other than this, she MUST put it on whether she is a going to school or for an interview.
It does not matter if Halimah Buhari (the president daughter who was called to bar last year) puts it on or not.

Our religion is not based on some elitist Muslims who choose to do as they like.
If that's how you practice your religion good for you, but don't put it on us.

You are wholly ignorant on several levels and I will tell you why.
If I practice what my religion tells me to do it is not "carrying religion for my head,"it is called obedience.

Badly progress robot.
Repeating UI secondary as a case study shows how shallow and inept you are in addressing issues..
Who is talking about UI secondary school by the way?
You see, your problem is way bigger than I thought in the first place.
The lady in question did NOT act like a terrorist oga.
She only complained about her right being denied based on her outfit to the exam hall.
I know you are simply pained the lady stood her ground and called her father, who called for her right to be restored as a Nigerian who has the right to observe her religious beliefs without any form of dictation from some disgruntled Nairaland hot heads.

On the terrorism accusation.

Nobody is terrorising anybody here;maybe you ate too much protein this evening to be repeating the same words over and over like a badly programmed robot.
Recommendation :
change your diet. Too much gbegiri is not good

Secular ati circular state ni bawo(i am not Yoruba for your information)

."Nigeria is secular state " is your go-to-escape card whenever you have ran out of points.

Correction:
Nigeria is NOT a secular state, but a multi-religious state. Get that into your thick head!
A secular state is a state where religion is not recognised. So,next time you want to use a word try to check it's meaning and stop being lazy by parroting all hear from the media that have been shaping the way you think.

See you next time in another thread.
