What is the purpose of a Senate building?

It's a citadel of learning. A very good school. May there be peace in the north east and Nigeria as a whole.

Just What North needs, if an uneducated almajiri village boy can make IEDs, Land mine and suicide bomb vest, just imagine the limitless potential of such young mind if properly educated
