In Nigeria, we have people who will openly say that Igbos will never be president in Nigeria yet it is not racism, we also have the "Afonja" chants, IPOB and the government are in full support of such action.

Sometimes, i pity for clubs because there is very lottle they can do about perceived racism. For instance, a pissed fan decides to get back at his underperforming club by racially abusing the opposing player. This can't be prevented, you can only punish the offender after the damage is done.

But teams with a culture of racial apathy, that's a different case.
