NIgeria will need to first clean up the mess in his political and economic institution. A critical scrutiny of that sector shows they weren't set up for the cares of people but for the few rich elites.

that's crazy figures you are quoting over there,no wonder that country is cursed with over 90 million extremely poor people .That 25 million naira is a monthly salary of a common house of representative or whatever in Nigeria and there are 360 of them.Crazy.And a senetor in Nigeria receives 36 million naira a month.The president of Ghana receives a salary of 29,000 Ghana cedis monthly which is 5,700 dollars and 2 million naira in Nigerian currency.We have parliamentarians and there are 275 in total and each receives 12,000 Ghana cedis which is about 2,500 dollars monthly.Even with the president salary he donated 25,000 out of the 29,000 cedis to young entrepreneursthis year.
