I dont understand these lawyers...all these cases they keep throwing out of court due to late filling of cases within stipulated time, is it that the lawyers representing these guys dont even understand the constitutions to avoid these stuffs...

This is a lesson to Nigerians especially graduate and school leavers not to play down compulsory programme and other officialdom.

Years later it can come back to hurt you.

Mrs Kemi Adeosun and Minister Shittu played down the Nysc programme during their graduate years and the scheme came back to hurt them.

Nigeria graduate based overseas should learn some hard lessons from this unfortunate development.

Let our foreign based graduate not allow abroad "COMFORT ZONE" to enter their brain as to decide to push aside the Nysc programme.

Oveseas "comfort zone" is what made British accented Mrs Kemi Adeosun to show no interest to serve the compulsory Nysc programme.

Maybe she was afraid of being deployed to remote northern states.

Mr Man get ur facts rite, Kemi Adeosun got a fake discharged letter cos by the time she came back to Nig, she can't serve cos of her age. You don't need to muddle up things in order to make sense .

How will somebody suffer for 4-6years in the university only to refuse to serve his nysc.

Some of these guys with wealthy parents take everything for granted.
Now, his mistake has come back to hunt him. Truly what goes around also comes around.

I am not muddling facts as far as Mrs Kemi Adeosun case is concerned.

My write up is not focus on the fake nysc discharge certificate she is alleged to have obtained through backdoor processes.

I am simply saying that "Overseas Comfort Zone" made her to played down the Nysc scheme to the extent that she refused to return from abroad to obtain an exemption letter or serve in the Nysc programme as the case maybe.

It was only when it dawn on her or she realises the usefulness of the nysc certificate before she started lobbying that later led to her getting a fake certificate.

Ministerial position are employment, not an elected position, so regarding the nigerian constitution, you must have completed the mandatory nysc otherwise u are not qualified.

So he is not qualified to be a minister of the federal republic but when your president is a secondary school dropout, expect the crazies.
