No, mathematically speaking 1 out of 3 is 33.3% on all perfect items if they all hold same value. After this, he'll consider the fact that a working p xs max doesnt hold same value as X, next he would also consider that the X is iCloud locked.

Hypothetically, we can say on all perfect items, their value in % is thus:

iPhone Xs Max = 40%
iPhone X = 30%
iPhone X = 30%

we can value iCloud locked X as 15%. So, in a situation where we have 2 iCloud locked x, the value of an xs max would be 70%.

70% of $400 = $280, which is what picker should refund.

NB: It all depends on agreement and model adopted by both parties, solution would largely be based on understanding.

Thank you @ wildchild1. Some items got missing during inspection on march 23rd shipment and took responsibility. I was suppose to file a claim but those i did in the past wasnt successful hence i have to refund some people.

I even go as far as sending video of people items to see that at the point of me shipping, all items are complete to avoid stories..

If any issues arises, you have the option of allowing me to keep all the remaining phones and refund you fully or we do the mathematics for the phone missing. Dont expect me to pay you above 50% of the pickup amount in a case of 3 phones(i dont even pickup icloud phones though, so there wont be much issues about that).

I will never refund you market value of a phone or how much u sold the phone while in transit. Those days are gone

on my case iCloud was picked up a shattered one was too so your decision does not suit me because I paid for the item in full with both pick up fee so you don’t can’t make a decision that won’t suit me I can’t take that , the only perfect one that made the deal your talking about 50%
