Do you know the meaning of server? ok let me explain a little to you. A server is a computer or computer program which manages access to a centralized resource or service in a network.

It is impossible for PDP to have demanded access to INEC server. Once you have access to server you can delete and import anything on it. What they demanded was the number of accredited voters from each state especially when Borno and Yobe results were released.

All the polling unit results were snapped by the ad-hoc technical staff. We were told to give them a copy. The tech guy snapped all the results in my ward. Each ward has an ad-hoc technical staff. You can only transmit accredited figures through card reader.

Atiku is a flight risk so no judge will grant him a bail. At this age I want Alhaji to be home enjoying his wealth and family. God has blessed him and along the way He has also shielded him and protected him from problems but he should not now think himself invisible. Buhari will snatch him and lock up if he continues to toe the line of corruption and fraud. He needs to watch it.....Nigerians supporting him now will shout and lament for two days but will go about their business on third day while Atiku languish in prison.

PDP and Atiku must get serious. Right from the onset when they filed that result I knew they were not serious. And I still wonder why the court did not trash out that exhibit . The only thing done electronically and that can be transmitted into INEC server is accreditated voters captured via smart card readers. You can only get the amount of voters accredited and not votes cast. Voting was done manually, sorting and counting manually, declaration manually and all results announced were duely signed by party agents including PDP agents who took part in the manual counting.

Those data sent to the "server" from the Smart Card readers were ACCREDITATION data - that had nothing to do with the votes cast, or who voted for who.

Voting and collation of votes were all done manually according to the law and separate and away from and beyond the reach or capabilities of the Smart Card readers. What is so difficult to grasp in this?

Ask yourselves if results of any polling unit were keyed into smart card reader. Get it into your head. As the name goes card reader. The only thing it does is verify permanent voters card. It's not a thumbprinting voting machine. It can't record who voted who and how many votes each party scored. Moreover, buhari dissented the electoral bill that stipulated electronic voting. Pdp has goofed on this.

In that sense, President Goodluck Jonathan was actually more sensible than those goading him to not concede defeat in an election he clearly lost.

did the tech guy transmit the result into inec server through computer? no.

was there computer at each poling unit?

because any result imputed by only ad-hoc staff into inec server has already be temper with, such result can not be trusted.

so, who transmitted the result into inec server, at where and when?

Don't you think his team of legal luminaries have these figured out before they even went to court? Atiku is not the one who will be at the court to adjudicate on these matters.

Every move by the plaintiff will be met with counter moves by the defendant.

By the time the Atiku group begin to tender proves and evidences that will put INEC on it's toes and serious evidences against APC which will definitely body shame APC, what happened in the Keyan Court ruling with regards their presidential election tribunal...will begin to take shape here in Nigeria.

APC know that Atiku is holding them by the balls, hence they are resorting to a cheap blackmail that stemmed from a narrative put forward by Nnamdi Kanu...saying that Atiku is not a Nigerian.... This is the highest comic relief I have seen in a law court....APC now believes Nnamdi Kanu...Why don't they believe him when he said Buhari was from Sudan.

This shows that APC lacks proves to exonerate them from the fraud they are.
