If you are the owner of a hotel, is it not money you are looking for? How many questions do you want to ask your customers again? If you feel that you must poke nose into their private lives, then hotel business is not meant for you.

The best you can do is gather as many good clients whom you personally know as good people. Then give the whole hotel a very decent ambience. Destroy evil psychology by playing GOOD music at low volume on the hotel PA system
