Chiwendu Nwachukwu, a Biology Education student of the Delta State College of Education Mosogar, Sapele, Delta State, is currently on the run after scalding her boyfriend, Ese, with hot water.

The lovebirds were said to be having a misunderstanding, yesterday, at Janice hostel, when she took the action and fled afterwards.

Ese was subsequently rushed to a general hospital in the area, where it was said that one of his eyes was badly damaged by the hot water. Chiwendu’s parents have since been picked up by the police, pending when she will turn herself in.
