FCT Officials Are Demolishing Dokpesi’s Buildings In Abuja by obembet(op): 2:42pm On Apr 16, 2019

Officials of the Federal Capital Territory Development Authority (FCDA) are currently demolishing structures within DAAR communications premises in Abuja.

The officials arrived the office of DAAR communications, owners of African Independent Television (AIT) and RayPower FM, around 11am on Tuesday, before pulling down some structures.

An official of DAAR Communications told TheCable that the building meant for security staff of the organisation had been demolished.

It is still not clear why the demolishing is taking place but the action has caused panic among workers and residents of the area.

That's bad. To all those saying "it serves him right", you are the problem of this country. I just don't get how people can justify such act. That's going too far.
AIT is an independent media organisation, if you aren't comfortable with what they broadcast, why not tune to NTA?
This is extreme. We are gradually slipping into dictatorship and no one will be left out. RIP to freedom of expression.
