u can be competent in ur job AND still give bribes. is means u lack integrity, despite ur competence.

if u have integrity, u will insist on competence in all u do by:
- either doing a competent job or;
- delegating it to competent people whom u supervise properly or;
- turning down d job because u lack d means to do it.

lastly, integrity is a personal quality that reflects in EVERY aspect of ur life.
competence is a function of ur training/skill sets; u can still be an unscrupulous person.

Answer: people who are principled are hardly incompetent in whatever they do. They are guided by law and order.

2. While a person of integrity is someone who objectively judges issues and makes the best decision from a moral ground.

Question: can a man of integrity be incompetent?

Answer: yes. Except you are also a man of principle, a man of integrity can be very incompetent.
