Warship:
Atiku is a Nigerian by virtue of the fact that, his part of his Cameroon was administered by the British Nigeria after first world war as war booty gotten after the defeat of Germany.

After WW1, Cameroon ceased to be a German colony and was split into 2 of which his part of Cameroon, came under Britain and was administered from Lagos.
Yes u are correct I guess we are in the same boat right?

You are funny.

Does it me that those who were in the same territory with Jada that opted to join Cameroon, are they also Nigerians today because they and Jada were in the same territory then?

Northern Cameroon was never under the British ever, and there is no way Northern Cameroon would ever be Nigeria because they are totally different entities,French Cameroon turned into present day Cameroon while British Cameroons turned into present day Nigeria, what part of that is so hard for u to understand?
Mr man FYI some parts of southern Cameroon like Bamenda were under British Cameroon and were being governed from Lagos but they chosen to merge with French Cameroon.

All these arguments is a waste of time! The 1963 constitution made all people that were from Northern Cameroons full Nigerian born. Even though that constitution was replaced, the replacements did not remove that right granted those people. Any lawyer will confirm that the rights granted them by the 1963 constitution has not be lifted by any subsequent law.

The long and short of it is that Atiku is a Nigerian by birth by the virtue of the 1963 constitution which validated the status of plebiscite. End of discussion angry grin

We aren't using the 1963 constitution. It has been replaced and Atiku is back to being a citizen by plebiscite. grin

while you guys are arguing this, you should take note that Nnamdi Kanu was the one used to spearhead this nonsense on Atiku. Nnamdi Kanu started the Cameroon rubbish and now APC is feeding on it? why? because Nnamdi Kanu has been settled. unfortunately, a lot of people are not asking questions.

Atiku and the PPDP don't have the right to be angry. When Nnamdi Kanu was on rampage insulting Buhari and calling our beloved country a zoo, you guys rejoiced and amplified his message because they thought only Buhari will suffer.

Now that Atiku and the PDP are being feed with the nuisance they nurtured, nobody should cry blue murder.
