Ore however can be upgraded and an industrial park built, an ultra modern market should also be built sited along the express close to the town.

A massive amusement park with perhaps a roller coaster added. This will draw in massive crowds during the weekends and boost hotel occupancy rates

Confused Tribe even the so called Ore he is talking about is dominated by the Igbos. It still appalls me why Yorubas cannot seize such wonderful opportunity and make some money at that Ore Road just like the Benin people are doing.
