Resisting arrest is also an offence. As much as I am not in support of extrajudicial killings and excessive use of force but these police officers have a job to do as well. They might having been tracking the man for some time now and they finally nabbed him. I have seen many cases like this.
If you have been a victim once you will certainly appreciate the work of the police. Let them disband SARS and see how many of us will be able to sleep with our eyes closed with the spate of robberies that will follow.

SARS are almost always never fully kitted for proper identification.

Pray none of ur family members ever physically experience this evil SARS.

The questions will be.....was there a court warrant of arrest? Was there a crime committed, it was reported to the police and the person to be arrested is the principal suspect? Was there any investigation to confirm there are enough evidence to carry out an arrest (or it's after the arrest you start manufacturing crime against the person.)
