Okorocha definitely improved Imo from education to infastrure.

Owerri that used to be a sleepy civil service town as at 2010 is now a hospitality and tourism hotbed, generating billions of naira in IGR for the state.

I just hope and pray that PDP will not take us back to the days of looking spree. Let them improve IMO from where Okorocha stopped.
