Fire Outbreak In Ibadan: Fuel Tanker Exploded. by Clakyvip(op): 5:11pm On Apr 18, 2019

Fire outbreak as a result of fallen fuel laden tanker at Orelope area along Gbagi Titun/Ife Road in Ibadan, causing heavy traffic on both sides of the Expressway. Security agents and fire fighters are at the scene. It was reported that people were trying to scoop fuel when the truck caught fire. Many properties were lost, a lot of cars were burnt beyond recognition, the total number of life lost could not be ascertained as at the time filing this report.

Sadly 90% of Nigerians dont have common sense,how can you see a fallen tanker with petrol and still go there to scoop fuel instead of you to run to safety

Nigerians never learn... And they are the real problems of the country. A fallen tanker... Run to a safe distance and call emergency services.... Instead they scoop fuel huh

That is a very backward and criminal way of thinking. Well, i dont think there is anything to say about this other than "sorry to those who lost family members".... But when this should serve as a deterent to many... It will still happen because these folks are bullheaded. Scooping fuel! Wow...

One thing that still baffles me is how human beings will go to scoop fuel after tanker has fallen despite all the examples and warnings chai!!!
