Good for him. In as much as we criticize the police for their unprofessional attitudes and conducts, the much needed reform of the police will never come to be, without a corresponding reform of the weird mentality of Nigerians who continue to show rudeness and outright rascality to the men in uniform.

He should be dealt with in the same manner as the police that brutalize innocent citizens.

That's my take.

You are simply an idiot. Did you see anyone of them in uniform?

please show me the uniform in that picture, its like you have not had a taste of their medicine before. Besides are they not suppose to arrest with a warrant? they can do anything to that man and get away with it, but God is not asleep.

see this one way them use police bribe and corruption money train ... if father , mother, uncle , aunt , nephew or cousin is in the NPF you need serious deliverance because anytime you pray for a better Nigeria you are praying for someone in your family to go !

If that man can be arrested within a court premises like that , being roughly handled and bundled... There is no sanctity of human rights there.

I pray the guy is not guilty as claim.

so that he can stage legal war on SARS.

Where law ends, tyranny begins. I hope it doesn't get to a stage where common men would see a policeman and lynch him just because he is a policeman.
Believe me that time is already here.

Not all arrests requires a warrant my friend.. The only group of Nigerians that have not had a taste of the brutality of the men in uniform are either those that have solid connects or those that maintain the Holy lane. So since I'm neither of those, I've had a fair dose of their medicine.
I'm against officers on police operations without uniforms and unique identifications. Still, resisting arrest for me is crime too. Whether the police is right or wrong.

Men in uniform? Where's the uniform?

You obviously lack comprehension... Read again and stop being a ding bat.

Not a bad take.. But my question to you is this... Do these 'so called sars men' look like men on uniform?? Show me their jacket.. The other one is even wearing a nika... Like wtf, where did we offend God in this country??

In as much as you agree with my assertions, the issue of uniform is of secondary importance here. (though I'm not in anyway, in support of police officers not wearing a uniform, except on investigative missions ) the rudeness in resisting arrest is equally condemnable as with police rascality.

Drink milk, take an aspirin and stop getting high blood pressure over an intermet comment.

It's obvious you just wanted to get on my nerves for no reasonable reason. I don't like confrontational arguments though. Thanks for the milk.

that's where you are wrong. in the first instance how do we know an arrest is official if not backed by a warrant? Are you not aware that an Officer that has beef with you can just raid your home and pick you up? now is that an arrest? or are we saying that an arrest is when any officer forces one into their vehicle? My point, any arrest must be backed by a warrant since police officers are not above the law, otherwise anarchy will reign.
