please help a brother I've been battling these chronic acne growing.everytime one disappear I get three more please help

Watch your diet. sometimes it could be allergy, sometimes with age (puberty), avoid moisturisers and try using powder like me a times. In summary, give it time, bath regularly and often. it's just a phase. . don't panic. Thanks

Thanks bro, but I'm currently 25 so definitely not going through puberty
Watch your diet isn't exactly specific, I've already had to sacrifice peanut-butter/and all forms of peanuts

I don't know if you will like black so cos my wife too have this but she make this black soap which cure it completely

I have also tried a black soap too made with sheabutter and some other stuffs. Nada didn't work.

If there's a more natural procedure with readily available ingredients that would help

OP I understand your pains, I suffered from cystic acne. The worst part is when people think you're a dirty person or keep on asking "what happened to your face?"

Here's how I got rid of mine,

-Never pick or pop your pimple (very important)

-Minimize oily or highly processed foods

-Get a gentle moisturizing soap such as dove, and a light moisturizing cream like nivea (look out, they have heavy creams too), make sure you moisturize after taking a bath, leaving your face dry makes your acne worse!

-Take a shower after sweating

-Try to get enough rest and sleep, stress triggers acne

-Drink lots of water

-Exfoliate twice a week, don't scrub too hard though!

-Change your pillow case and bedsheets regularly

-Avoid oily hair products, the oil gets to your face

-And again, KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF YOUR FACE
