This may not be the easiest of thread for me to start but then I think it could go a long way in solving loads of enterprenurer problem in Nigeria.

I know a problem shared in 2019 may not be fully solved but then for some of us who had been around for a while we will still share our problems.

I am sure by sharing You will get answered and needed help on here to get you sorted.

My own problems:

(1) The time wasted by business partner when they don't keep to time for meetings and work.. how do this be fixed.

(2) Getting a c omitted team player for me has been a mountain to climb... what solution can you profer

I have some crates of egg and almost two ton of corn, but still sourcing for buyers. And am thinking this might be as a result of my community

No i don't have a means of transportation i pass out of Nysc last year and am I started farming last year

Please when you need something like selling maize..visit the market square and ask questions. ..it d good you're on here but the real buyers are offline in most cases. Osun state has plenty feed mills..pay them a visit I'm sure you will get a good deal...

To get sales on social media you would have to first attract attention. (Let me see your IG handle first) I will evaluate and tell you how to go about it...but on the interim , would you love to sell offline as well or just online.

This is my advice to sell physically. From today everybody you meet tell them you sell cloths and collect as many numbers as possible. Your niche is easy to sell only if customers remember you or your store. Mk sure you're in the face of everyone like you're a monitoring spirit. Since your price is good you only need them to constantly see your products to try u once. The only bulk message you will send from today should be about your products. Take these cloths to public places like get together etc...in your local area no one should be remembered selling cloths except you...after this initial work..na to sit down dey reap o...provided you don't loose the data collected..... make sure your offline is producing the content for your online....

Nigerians have the good and the bad.

This has been the issue with most businesses but I know it's a problem from the base. What I mean is the start of the business. The main thing that controls the market is PRICE. If you hv a low price and good quality you will just need little effort to sell. (Assuming you're in a location where your product is useable) (not a pork seller in borno even if na free to dash no one go still collect).

So pls Answer these.

*How many pieces does the best seller sell per day
*how much is the seller's price
*what is the emotional reason you think is responsible for people buying from that seller
*How are you using Social media

Lastly have you considered franchisingyourself out (I don't know the size of your business though)

Let's take it from here.
