Hey guys, My friend have a pressing issue.
she paid the Acceptance fee and Tuition fee before going for screening, yeah that was her mistake, lack of proper information.

The problem now is, she did her screening since Monday this week, till this moment her profile is still showing unpaid Acceptance fee and Tuition fee. Only the 1k prospectus fee is showing paid. Please anyone with an idea of a solution to this problem?

Can't generate acceptance letter either, screen pops up with "pay acceptance fee first" while everything is paid already

Tell Ur friend to click refresh payment. It should reflect afterwards.

I have been to my department and i was told to attach a letter to my admission letter and submit both to the department after paying acceptance fee. So far, I have been unable to print the admission letter, the system keeps generating 1k only for me, and i have been unable to book an appointment for the screening because all the dates are booked.

For you're yet to undergo screening, I doubt if it will generate the obligatory and tuition fees.

All the dates cannot be booked. I will advise you choose a date in May.
