Upon successful completion of screening Proceed to make payment online or take the payment advice to any commercial bank in Nigeria to make payment please note that Instalment payment is only available for Part-Time students. (Students are required to pay both Obligatory and Tuition Fees before they can Register Online.)

Also, has lectures started for Educational Administration and Planning (Full time)?
I have someone that wants to change from full time (maths &stat) to part time. Is it possible and what are the steps to he taken if this is possible.?

you dont need to pay school fees before scheduling screening.

I dont know if Educational Administration and Planning (Full time) has started lectures

You can only change from full time to part time but not the other way round however you will need to go to PG school to initial and pursue the process. I will advise you not to make payment until you sort changing from full time to part time.

I've tried that too. No space, or maybe something's wrong

Where does the screening take place, the department or spgs. Also i couldnt upload my nysc certificate and reference letter, is that going to be a problem? The system didnt allow me upload them, but i uploaded the rest
