If the person's focus can be shifted from him/herself to the needs of others, that would in itself be therapeutic. i would recommend true voluntary service to people in actual need of that service. 1 Like |

Finding true purpose is the cure to depression/suicidal thoughts and service to humanity is the ultimate purpose of our existence .
