@OP. Can you guys not wake up one day and refrain from trying to use anything to denigrate Yorubas/Northerners and Buhari? The boy is greeting an elder as is customary in Yoruba culture and you are claiming he is licking Buhari's shoes. Yorubas prostrate for elders as a sign of respect. Simple. The boy did the right thing and Buhari appreciates it. It is indeed a thing of pride for any parent to see their child demonstrate the home training they have given such a child.
