Besides, President Buhari, queried the powers of the tribunal to nullify his election victory at the poll, contending that the joint petition Atiku and the PDP entered against him was incompetent as it was based on conjectures

Just imagine that ! This is the best defence the dullard can muster ?

Buhari is from Sudan, with no waec which is the least qualification for the office of the president.
In a country of over 200m people, an illiterate cow herder can not rule over the litrates, beside the result in inec server shows the election was rigged in the favour of the Sudanese, his brother Al bashir was pushed out and I don't see why he shouldn't be rejected by the good Nigerians unless the tribunal decides to set a bad precedent.

Atiku is on a wild goose chase. Even his dumb and unlicensed lawyer should know that their concocted dubai server results will not be admitted into evidence by the tribunal as it goes against the Nigerian legal evidence act which forbids any type of electronic evidence in court.

Atiku will win at the tribunal.

He invested money in capturing evidence to nail APC because he knows they will rig.

The stupid dullard must go back to Daura.

My own is that if INEC Chairman ever insists again that he used manual counting to produce the results of the 2019 presidential election, he must first vomit the billions of Naira he budgeted for and received for computers and Server.

There is no no how and way Atiku can proof Buhari rigged the election enough to affect its outcome.

Except he wants to expose he own rigging too.

Apc doesn't even need any SAN to floor all Atiku's evidence.

Go and read Atiku's petition bro.

The man is not really going after APC but INEC.

Are you sick? Ain't you heard or read Buhari himself is from Niger confirmed and proven?

So both are to vacate Nigeria if your claims on Atiku is right.

I don't know why you apc don't reason before you talk or type. Na wah oo.

Since Buhari Niger origin sprang up that your useless Charge and Bail SAN called Kenyama has went mute.

Only a criminal fears to go to court to defend himself let Buhari go and defend himself as a winner of the poll simple as that.

I read it.
He's claiming INEC rigged election for Buhari in YOBE

I guess they also rigged for PDP in Ondo and Oyo

He's evidence is not substantial enough to accumulate 4 million
votes

Morever, electronic transmission of results is not yet in the electoral law as such, cannot be admitted as evidence.
Did INEC say they will transmit results online or they actually transmitted it online.
Those are two different things

BuhariIsBURIED:
Even if is not Atiku I just want the illiterate out, Nigeria is sinking like Titanic with him as president because he is too old, can't reason and have nothing upstairs. When I look at other countries president and then compare to what we have I get furious and it will just be like there is a way I could renounce my Nig citizenship.. Its the truth Nigeria don't deserve Buhari sentiment aside

You are wrong at the bolded!

Nigeria deserves Buhari because they rejected someone like Goodluck (though he was not perfect) who was a million times better than buhari but chose buhari over him!

I know some people will mention my comment and start talking about PDP being corrupt under GEJ but they seem to forget that it was under the same GEJ that Bank Verification Number BVN was introduced in order to block leakages of corruption in the public sector. In the past, there were people in the public service who opened different bank accounts with different names and IDs and every end of the month, monies were paid into these accounts and you'd see just one individual collecting salaries from over 40 different accounts (ghost working) and when you Su up the amounts, it runs into millions of naira but "corrupt GEJ and PDP" put an end to all that! I know of a man from Kogi who was benefiting from that scheme and when they introduced BVN and discovered it, he was taken to EFCC and made to forfeit most of his assets. He became bitter and swore that he would make sure that he and his entire family voted against GEJ!

Ask yourself this question, if GEJ didn't introduce this BVN, would buhari whose only interest is to spend and borrow billions looking for oil in the Chad basin be proactive enough to think it out? Never! Even his dull and docile minister won't because when you are unintelligent, you wit with unintelligent people!

Buhari is here to stay and by the time he finishes with Nigeria by 2023, Sudan will be an Eldorado compared to Nigeria
