I just received a PS3 slim 320GB with serial number CECH 3004B from Germany.I would want it loaded with about 15 games (if possible).

It can't be hacked.. But games can be injected into it.. My ps3 model is 2004b .. Multuman hack Best of all

Dont bother hacking it.A guy in Computer village just transfered games to it from Another PS3 through the ethernet cable.The only limitation I guess is you can only have all the games on the source PS3 USED for the transfer.
