They are many more like him scattered all over Nigerian prisons for crimes they never committed.

I would have said he should sue the judiciary and d police but judgement might take another 30years to come and even if it does come and the judge proclaims that he should be compensated, shinshi dem no go give am

For saner climes this kind news they usually go like this.. Man who spent twenty-seven years in jail for crime he didn't commit released in Inglewood, gets $100 million compensation. But na naija we dey.. Anything goes. Even if he carries the matter to court and wins no matter wetin court talk nothing go still reach him hand.....

Do you know what's 27 years? A child is born, finishes primary and secondary school. Goes to the university do a 4-year course and Graduate. Go for masters and completes it. Oh God, wasted 27 years for a crime you know noting about. I feel for that man I swear
