Well, I hope this qualifies as a feature for throwback Thursday.

It is a photo of some officials of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) Response Unit (LRU).

It was captured yesterday as they lay in wait for the arrival of President Mohammadu Buhari at the Oshodi Transport Interchange that was commissioned.

At the background is a view of the commissioned Oshodi transport Interchange.

there was a time they were very useful on thirdmainland bridge helping motorists with broken down vehicles to avoid accidents.
