A boy who's believed to be 4years of age, was filmed smoking shisha like an ancient smoker.

In the video that sparked outrage, an elderly person was equally seen subjecting the boy into taking more instead of cautioning him.

The boy who was so excited with what he's doing, had to puff off the smoke in a questionable manner.
