People like him don’t like to pay for expertise in our own land they would rather get it for free but how far can a freebie really take you without investment. Those that are well traveled don't even need to mention it. It is just naturally obvious in their conduct & line of thought. Seeing that millions are living far below 1 dollar a day. He will surely know the basic standard of living which is for all over there. And won't reference regional, tribal, etc politics of greed & what to personally benefit at the expense to enslaving others. Ask those around you to verify for you where you are.
